ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE The present invention provides an ethylene-.alpha.-olefin-non- conjugated diene copolymer rubber composition comprising: (A) an oil-extended ethylene-.alpha.-olefin-non-conjugated diene copolymer wherein the copolymer has an intrinsic viscosity [?] of 2.7 - 3.8 on measurement in xylene at 70°C prior to the oil extension, and the amount of the extensisn oil is in a range of 30 to 50 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the ethylene-.alpha.-olefin-non-conjugated diene copolymer; (B) carbon black in an amount of 50 to 100 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the ethylene-.alpha.-olefin-non- conjugated diene copolymer; and (C) a process oil in an amount of 1/8 to 1/2 parts by weight per 1 parts by weight of the carbon black. A vibration insulator rubber having a low dynamic/static ratio as well as a prolonged stretch fatigue life which is prepared from the vulcanizable ethylene-.alpha.-olefin-non-conjugated diene copolymer rubber composition.
