Abstract An improved rubber dispersive agent for sulphur is provided which consists of oil composition consisting of rubber processing oil to which rubber or 0.1 ? 30% by weight, and or insoluble sulphur to which said oil composition is to be added at 0.5 ? 30% by weight of total amount. The agent is prepared by mixing the insoluble sulphur with rubber and rubber processing oil under the presence of or non-presence of organic solvent. The rubber dispersive agent realizes to improve dispersing property of insoluble sulphur into rubber, and to improve the fluidability and stability of the insoluble sulphur itself.
