ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a rubber-modified poly- styrene resin composition consisting essentially of a rubber- modified polystyrene containing 0.5 to 10% by weight of rubbery substance and a transparent styrene-butadiene block copolymer containing 65 to 95% by weight of styrene and 5 to 35% by weight of butadiene, the ratio of the rubber-modified polystyrene to the styrene-butadiene block copolymer is in the range from 0.5 : 99.5 to 99.5 : 0.5 by weight.
