A rubber-reinforced structure including a composite member comprising a tire- forming resin member and rubber member bonded to each other directly without any adhesive, the composite member obtained by bringing a resin member of the following combination into contact with an unvulcanized rubber composition and effecting vulcanization thereof. The combination is any of the following: (i) combination of a rubber composition containing a radical generator and a resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin having per molecule, on the average, at least two active atoms (hydrogen atoms or sulfur atoms) whose orbital interaction energy coefficient (S) is 0.006 or greater; (ii) combination of a rubber composition containing a sulfur vulcanizing agent or a radical generator and a resin composition containing a resin selected from among thermoplastic resins and resins having crosslinkable groups; and (iii) combination of a styrene-diene rubber composition containing sulfur vulcanizing agent or a rubber composition containing a radical generator and a resin composition containing a polyphenylene ether resin.
L'invention concerne une structure renforcée de caoutchouc, comprenant un élément composite constitué d'un élément de résine pour formation de pneumatique et d'un élément de caoutchouc assemblés directement sans adhésif, ledit élément composite étant obtenu par mise en contact d'un élément de résine avec une composition de caoutchouc non vulcanisée et par vulcanisation de celle-ci. L'élément de résine comprend une des associations suivantes : (i) association d'une composition de caoutchouc contenant un générateur de radicaux et d'une composition de résine contenant une résine thermoplastique comportant en moyenne par molécule au moins deux atomes actifs (atomes d'hydrogène ou atomes de soufre) dont le coefficient énergétique d'interaction orbitale (S) est supérieur ou égal à 0,006 ; (ii) association d'une composition de caoutchouc contenant un agent de vulcanisation à base de soufre ou un générateur de radicaux et d'une composition de résine contenant une résine choisi parmi les résines thermoplastiques et les résines comportant des groupes réticulables ; et (iii) association d'une composition de caoutchouc de styrène-diène contenant un agent de vulcanisation à base de soufre ou d'une composition de caoutchouc contenant un générateur de radicaux et d'une composition de résine contenant une résine de poly(phénylène éther).
