ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a ruler for measur- ing angles between an oriented axis and a vector, in which calibrations of the field of angles of radii, consist of partial representation of the radii corresponding to size of the angle adopted for each field of angles, but only within those zones or areas within which such partial representa- tion of the field of angles of radii is possible, such that every radius is partially represented in at least one zone or area; and in respect to the definition of the zones or areas and of the radii or field of angles which may be partially represented in each of them, in the UPPER zone or area defined by the LONGITUDINAL LINE and the two INTERIOR ZONAL lines, only those radii originating from the LOWER CENTRE and bounded by the two FRONTIER RADII may be par- tially represented, in the LOWER zone or area, defined as above, only those radii originating from the UPPER CENTRE and bounded by its two FRONTIER RADII may be partially rep- resented in the two LOWER zones or areas defined by the LONGITUDINAL LINE and the two ZONAL lines on the same side, only those radii originating from the LOWER CENTRE and pos- sessing the angular possibility of appearing in these zones or areas may be partially represented, in the two UPPER zones or areas defined as above, only those radii origina- ting from the UPPER CENTRE and possessing the possibility of appearing in them may be partially represented, and in the two remaining UPPER zones or areas of the device, all those radii originating from the LOWER CENTRE and possessing such possibility may be partially represented, and in the remain- ing two LOWER zones or areas, all those radii originating from the UPPER CENTRE and possessing such possibility, thus providing five zones or areas which permit only the partial representation of radii of the group originating from the lower centre, another five zones or areas permitting the partial representation only of radii of group originating from the upper centre, and the COMMON zone or area, which permits the partial representation of radii of both groups.
