ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A novel runner chopper is provided herein. It includes the combination of a driving device and a main shaft that is adapted to rotate slowly by the action of the driving device. Several rotary blades are fitted around the main shaft with some distance therebetween. The same number of fixed blades as the rotary blades are fixed in the vicinity of the rotary blades. Either or both of the rotary blades and the fixed blades have centripetal slant edges which cause objects that are sand- wiched between the rotary blades and the fixed blades to move inwardly.
