The present invention is related to Ruthenium derived antitumoral compounds with high antimetastatic activity and with low toxicity for the host. It is described the use of inorganic Ruthenium complexes in the therapy of solid tumors, in particular of those tumors characterized by high metastatizing ability. Pharmaceutical compositions containing Ruthenium complexes in formulations suitable for the administration and a kit for the preparation of such complexes at the moment of use or immediately before use, are moreover described.
La présente invention concerne des composés antitumoraux dérivés du ruthénium présentant une activité antimétastatique élevée et une faible toxicité pour son hôte. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de complexes de ruthénium inorganiques dans le traitement de tumeurs solides, notamment des tumeurs caractérisées par une capacité métastatique élevée. En outre, l'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant des complexes de ruthénium dans des formulations adaptées à l'administration, ainsi que des trousses de préparation de tels complexes au moment de leur utilisation ou juste avant.
