To dispose an oxygen concentration sensor so that it does not influence the living-comfort properties for the rider and that it is not influenced by external forces, in an ATV. An exhaust pipe is led out from an engine to the vehicle rear side. A muffler provided with a catalyst is connected to the tip end of the exhaust pipe. An oxygen concentration sensor for combustion control is provided at a portion, in the vicinity of the catalyst, of the exhaust pipe. The ATV has a front fender, a rear fender, and a foot rest disposed between the fenders. The oxygen concentration sensor is disposed away from the foot rest and inside the rear fender so that it is not exposed to the exterior.
