This is a special envelope or package supplied by a courier/shipping company itself and enveloped or packaged by the staff of said courier/shipping company at its own outlets with the actual raw and open contents supplied by the sender examined by the said staff of the courier/shipping company to make sure that it is apparently and visibly not containing anything unsafe or extraneous, and certified being so enveloped or packaged with the signature of company staff and with the company seal/stamp on the outside of the said envelope or package. The said courier/shipping company or any other company may also open any incoming envelopes, packages, etc., and certify their contents if safe from any apparent noxious contaminant, before sending it to the recipient.
