An electrolysis needle assembly having a shank for attachment to an electrolysis handle which includes an air flow source and a forward portion from which the needle extends each provided with an air flow slot so as to enable air to be directed from the handle along the needle assembly to the skin of the patient and in which a needle protective cap is provided for such forward end and wherein the cap is used to manipulate the assembly as in attaching and removing such from the electrolysis handle.

Cette partie avant comporte également une fente permettant de diriger le jet d'air provenant du manche le long de l'aiguille jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne la peau du patient. La partie avant de l'appareil à électrolyse est dotée d'un capuchon protecteur utilisé pour manipuler l'aiguille lorsqu'on la fixe sur le manche de l'appareil à électrolyse ou lorsqu'on l'enlève.
