The invention is a semi-rigid plastic handle for manual use. It can be used to carry grocery bags, shopping bags, gallon paint cans or other parcels, boxes or objects that have a rope, strap or wire which can be inserted into the central part of the handle, which is separated lengthwise. The handle is also fitted with two reflectors for enhanced safety. Anyone wishing to do so may replace the reflectors with personalized plates or advertisements.
