Abstract A safety container having two openings, one having a pouring spout attached thereto, the second having a filler tube attached thereto with a spring-biased safety cap thereon, a rigid carrying handle mounted between the pouring spout and the filler tube, and means extending below the carrying handle for opening the pouring spout and simultaneously lifting the spring-biased safety cap.
