A safety device, particularly for industrial machines, such as for example bending presses provided with an upper tool that is driven in abutment toward a lower die, at Least one blank, such as a metal plate, a bent plate or a box-like element, being interposable between the die and the tool, the safety device comprising a glove worn by the operator, provided with first electrically conducting regions located at the back with no conducting regions at the palm; the glove constitutes, at contact with the machine and/or with the blank, an element for transmitting electrical signal between the machine and a control unit (CU) to stop descent of the tool.
Il s'agit d'un dispositif de sécurité, en particulier pour machines industrielles, comme des presses à cintrer. Ce dispositif est accompagné des éléments qui suivent. Un outil supérieur entraîné dans un contrefort en direction d'un emporte-pièce; au moins un flan, comme une plaque métallique, une plaque cintrée ou un élément semblable à une boîte, à intercaler entre l'emporte-pièce et l'outil. Le dispositif de sécurité comprend un gant porté par l'opérateur, et comportant les premières zones conductrices de courant situées au dos, sans zones conductrices à la paume. le gant constitue, au contact avec la machine et/ou le flan, un élément qui permet de transmettre un signal électrique entre la machine et le bloc de commande pour arrêter la descente de l'outil.
