The invention concerns a safety device for preventing a skylight from being from outside, while preserving its function as ventilating system, consisting in a device for preventing the insertion of tools for pivoting the control bar (8) located inside the skylight (6, 7, 8) thereby preventing it from being opened from outside. It consists of a box (1) and two plates (2, 3) smaller in width, staggered so as to form a labyrinth preventing the insertion of any kind of instrument but allowing the passage of ventilating air. Spacers (4) are used as stretchers in the assembly. A hood (9) protects the control lever opening the skylight lock and a fork (11) enables to move the bolt on found the skylight. The device is particularly designed for preventing a skylight from being opened from outside.
Dispositif de sécurité pour empêcher l'ouverture de l'extérieur d'une fenêtre de toit tout en conservant l'utilisation du système de ventilation de cette fenêtre. L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'empêcher l'introduction par l'extérieur d'instruments pouvant faire pivoter la barre de manoeuvre (8) située à l'intérieur d'une fenêtre de toit (6, 7, 8); et ainsi empêcher l'ouverture de la fenêtre de toit par l'extérieur. Il est constitué d'un boîtier (1) et de deux lames (2, 3) plus petites en largeur, positionnées d'une façon décalée de manière à former un labyrinthe interdisant l'introduction de tout instrument, mais laissant le passage à l'air de ventilation. Des entretoises (4) servent de raidisseurs à l'ensemble. Un capot (9) protège le levier de commande d'ouverture de la serrure de la fenêtre et une fourchette (11) permet le déplacement du verrou existant sur la fenêtre. Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à la protection contre l'ouverture par l'extérieur des fenêtres de toit.
