The invention relates to an insert element (13) for a diesel fuel container, which can be installed in the filling opening (10) of the container, in particular in a filler neck, for the purpose of filling with diesel fuel using a pump nozzle at the gas station, wherein the insert element (13) comprises an elongated, substantially tubular holding element (16), which can be fitted into the container opening and comprises an inlet side and an outlet side and in which a molded part (18) is held, which is elongated in parallel to the holding element (16) and the free face of which projecting toward the inlet side has an outside diameter that is smaller than the inside diameter of an outlet tube (12) of a diesel pump nozzle, however that is larger than the inside diameter of an outlet tube of a gas pump nozzle. Further, an actuating element is provided, which can be displaced coaxially to the filling opening on the inside wall of the holding element (16) and is arranged so as to remain behind the face of the molded part (18) in the direction of the container interior, wherein said actuating element is able to actuate a closing cap arranged on the outlet side of the holding element (16) when displaced in the direction toward the interior of the container.
L'invention concerne un élément à insérer (13) pour un réservoir de carburant diesel, qui peut être installé dans l'ouverture de remplissage (10) du réservoir, en particulier dans la tubulure de remplissage, afin de permettre de faire le plein de carburant diesel en station-service avec un pistolet verseur. L'élément à insérer (13) possède un élément de maintien (16) allongé, de forme sensiblement tubulaire, s'ajustant dans l'ouverture du réservoir, avec un côté d'entrée et un côté de sortie, dans lequel est maintenue une pièce de forme (18) allongée, parallèlement à l'élément de maintien (16). La face avant libre de la pièce, faisant saillie en direction du côté, d'entrée possède un diamètre extérieur qui est d'une part inférieur au diamètre intérieur d'un tube de sortie (12) d'un pistolet verseur diesel mais qui est d'autre part supérieur au diamètre intérieur d'un tube de sortie d'un pistolet verseur pour essence. Par ailleurs, il est prévu sur la paroi intérieure de l'élément de maintien (16), en direction de l'ouverture de remplissage, un élément d'actionnement coulissant coaxialement qui est retenu derrière la face avant de la pièce de forme (18) dans la direction de l'intérieur du réservoir. Cet élément d'actionnement, lorsqu'il est repoussé dans la direction de l'intérieur du réservoir, peut actionner un volet de fermeture qui est implanté sur le côté de sortie de l'élément de maintien (16).
