ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A device for use with multiple individual locks has a sleeve element and a core element which are movable relative to one another lineally between a release position and an engagement position and a bail is provided having first and second ends with the first end attached to one of the sleeve and core elements, and the second end free for engagement with the device in the release position and for subsequent locking in place when the device is moved into the engagement position.
