A handwheel for rotating a component in a machine relative to a bridge to which other component are fixed has a central hub and a number of radially spaced lugs. The bridge likewise has lugs positioned to lie in registration with a selected lug in the handwheel and a lockout pin couples the handwheel lugs and bridge lugs to fix the relative position of the handwheel to the bridge.
