A safety spoon comprises a handle, a bowl located at one end of the handle, and one or more elastic pieces extending from the handle such that the elastic pieces are located in the bowl. The food contained in the bowl can be easily emptied into the mouth cavity of a bady without hurting the tissue of the bady's mouth cavity.
