ABSTRACT: A safety syringe device, which comprises a syringe cylinder, a piston rod, a piston-shaped puller, a base member and a needle; the piston-shaped puller has two blind holes, of which the bottom blind hole is mated with the piston rod, which the top blind hole is an oblique oval hole with a bevel surface and a hook; the top blind hole is to be mated with an oval thick stub; when an injection is completed, the needle can be pulled into the syringe to set at a biased position to prevent the needle point from extending out.
