The invention concerns a highly resistant safety device for closing the clasp (chain, bracelet, necklace, bow ...) of a piece of jewellery, a watch or fancy leatherwork. The device consists of three main elements; a hollow frame receiving a spring catch and a free hinged lever; a double fixture and lock for easy and secure opening/attachment with the other end of a clasp of this device.

Dispositif de sécurité à haute résistance destiné à fermer une boucle (chaîne, bracelet, collier, anse...) de bijouterie, horlogerie, joaillerie ou maroquinerie. Le dispositif est constitué de trois éléments principaux: un bâti creux recevant une gachette articulée à ressort et une bascule articulée libre. Un double ancrage plus verrouillage permet l'ouverture/solidarisation facile et positive avec l'autre extrémité d'une boucle équipée de ce dispositif.
