Immersed, fusible, safety valve(s) device substituting for the defective thermostat element in an engine or the like. The device is comprised of a predetermined temperature eutectic alloy fusible element (20), a valve closing antagonist spring (80), a safety holding spring (90), an extensible staple (70), a body (30), a function valve (40), a holding staple (60), a thermosensitive element (50), a pusher rod (51). To remedy the shearing efforts, the eutectic alloy is used for the weldings. In order to remedy the inconveniency of a temporary or permanent break-down, the extensible staple (70) reverses the closing device into an opening device, releases the stress and prestress elements, neutralizes the function of the thermosensitive element. The same applies when the safety device has been made by eutectic welding of the annular valve (40) to the thermosensitive element (50). This device, in these two embodiments, gives during normal and safety operation conditions a maximum flow indefinitely.

Pour remédier aux efforts de cisaillement, l'allia- ge eutectique est utilisé pour les soudures. Pour remédier à l'inconvénient d'une panne tempo- raire ou permanente, le cavalier extensible (70) inver- se le dispositif de fermeture en dispositif d'ouverture, libère les éléments de contraintes et précontraintes, neutralise la fonction de l'élément thermo-sensible. Il en est de même lorsque la réalisation du dispositif de sécurité est obtenue par la soudure à l'eutectique de la soupape annulaire (40) sur l'élément thermo-sensible (50). Ce dispositif en ces deux réalisations apporte lors d'une fonction normale et lors d'une fonction de sécurité un débit maximum pendant une durée indéfinie.
