A surgical device (1) includes a sealing member (61) forming a gas tight seal with an instrument (13) disposed therein. In an embodiment, the conical section (63) is connected to the seal ring (81) and has a height at least as large as a diameter of a base of the conical section before disposing the instrument therein. In another embodiment, first and second elastic protrusions (115) have the instrument disposed therein, the elastic protrusions contacting one another to form the gas tight seal. In another embodiment, a first is connected to the seal ring (61), and a second section is connected to the first section and has the instrument disposed therein. The sealing members, as well as methods of sealing with the sealing members are also disclosed.
L'invention concerne un dispositif chirurgical qui comprend un élément d'étanchéité formant un joint étanche aux gaz avec un instrument placé dans une ouverture de l'élément d'étanchéité. Cet élément comprend une bague d'étanchéité reliée à l'intérieur du manche, et une partie conique dans laquelle est placé l'instrument.
