The present invention provides for a valve to allow injection of fluids into a well or other subterranean facility. The valve comprises a housing and a flow tube assembly disposed in the housing. A restrictor is joined with the flow tube to restrict flow through the flow tube. A flow control element also is positioned to selectively prevent production or upward flow of fluids through the valve upon halting injection operations.
