Ignition system for the recombination of hydrogen in a gas mixture, and safety vessel of a nuclear facility. In an ignition system (1) with a plurality of spark igniters (4) for the recombination of hydrogen in a gas mixture, with which reliable early ignition of an ignitable gas mixture is to be ensured, even in the case of comparatively fast gas displacement processes and by pre-ionization of the mixture, each spark igniter (4) is, according to the invention, designed as a high-speed igniter with an operating frequency in excess of about 10 Hz. In order to ensure reliable ignition of an ignitable gas mixture both in the event of temporary failure of external units, and when the ignition system has a particularly long operating time, the spark igniters (4) are advantageously connected together in groups for supplying them with energy, each group of spark igniters (4) being connected to an intermediate energy store (8) common to them, and the intermediate energy stores (8) being connected to a central energy supply unit (7).
L'invention concerne un système d'amorçage (1) comportant un nombre d'amorces (4) pour recombiner de l'hydrogène dans un mélange gazeux, qui permet l'amorçage précoce fiable d'un mélange gazeux inflammable par préionisation du mélange, même dans des opérations comparativement rapides de déplacement de gaz. Il est prévu que chaque amorce (4) se présente sous forme d'amorce à cadence rapide avec une fréquence de service d'approximativement plus de 10 Hz. Afin de garantir un amorçage fiable d'un mélange gazeux inflammable, aussi bien en cas de panne de courte durée d'appareils extérieurs, qu'en cas de temps de propagation particulièrement long du système d'amorçage, les amorces (4) sont avantageusement intercommutées par groupes pour alimenter l'énergie. Chaque groupe d'amorces (4) est relié à un accumulateur intermédiaire d'énergie (8) qui lui est commun et qui est relié quant à lui à une unité centrale d'alimentation en énergie (7).
