The invention is a safety wall with sliding doors for subway and other train stations platforms. The "Safety Wall System" runs from wall to wall in a subway platform. It is equipped with sliding doors and windows that open when a subway train comes to complete stop in a subway station. The "Safety Wall" sliding doors and windows slide back to shut position when train closes its doors and starts moving. The whole process is automated via electronic circuitry. The "Safety Wall" provides improved passenger safety, train operator peace of mind and safety, and improved passenger traffic flow in subway stations. Also, if the "Safety Wall" is extended all the way up to the ceiling of the subway station and made airtight, improved heating/air conditioning of the station can be achieved if the station is equipped with heating or air conditioning systems.
