A sales assisting system for assisting sales of an object such as commodity, products, and services to be sold so as to shorten the delivery term. The sales assisting system includes a terminal system (51) which comprises input means for inputting information on object to be sold collected from customers and display means for displaying information on object to customers and in which the information on object collected from customers includes information on order of object and an information managing system (53) for assisting sales which is so connected to the terminal system as to communicate with the terminal system and in which an order of an object is received from the terminal system and a facility is determined where the customer receives the ordered object.

Le système auxiliaire de ventes est caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un terminal (51) comprenant des moyens d'entrée pour l'introduction d'informations relatives à l'objet en vente, recueillies auprès des clients, et des moyens d'affichage destinés à fournir aux clients des informations relatives à l'objet, en ce que les informations recueillies auprès des clients comprennent des informations portant sur la commande de l'objet, en ce qu'il est prévu un système de gestion d'informations (53) pour l'assistance des ventes, connecté au terminal, de manière à communiquer avec ledit terminal, en ce qu'une commande d'un objet est reçue dudit terminal, et en ce qu'il est prévu une installation fournissant au client le produit commandé.
