ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There are provided new antitumor salts of oxazaphosphorine derivatives of the formula: Image in which A is the group -S-alk-S03H and alk represents a C2-C6- alkylene residue with a basic compound of the formula: Image II wherein R4 is a hydroxy group or an amino group, R6 is hydrogen a C1-C6-alkyl group or a C1-C6-alkyl group which is substituted by an amino group, or a guanidino group.
