A method of filtrating specimen using a specimen sampling container for filtrating liquid specimen such as blood with a filter member by utilizing a reduction in pressure therein, capable of securely performing filtration without requiring a plug body removal operation , capable of assuring excellent safety, and less causing the mixing of foreign matter. In the specimen sampling container (1), a specimen sampling part (3) storing the filter member (4) is inserted into a specimen storage part (2) reduced in pressure therein and the specimen storage part (2) and the specimen sampling part (3) are air tightly sealed by the plug body (5). The method is characterized in that when the liquid specimen is sampled and filtrated by using the specimen sampling container (1), the liquid specimen such as blood sampled in the specimen sampling part (3) is filtrated by the filter member (4), and when the filtration is suspended, a hollow needle (12) is pierced into the plug body (5) to communicate the specimen sampling part (3) with the atmosphere so as to more increase a pressure inside the specimen sampling part (3) than the atmosphere for re-starting the filtration.

L'invention concerne un procédé de filtrage d'éprouvettes utilisant un récipient d'échantillonnage d'éprouvettes pour filtrer des éprouvettes liquides telles que le sang à l'aide d'un élément de filtre faisant appel à une réduction de la pression à l'intérieur ; on réalise ainsi un filtrage en toute sécurité sans besoin de retirer le corps du bouchon, et on obtient une excellente sécurité avec moins de risque de mélange de matière étrangère. Dans le récipient (1) d'échantillonnage d'éprouvettes, on introduit une partie d'échantillonnage d'éprouvettes (3) stockant l'élément de filtre (4) dans la partie de stockage d'éprouvettes (2) dont la pression est réduite, la partie de stockage d'éprouvettes (2) et la partie d'échantillonnage d'éprouvettes (3) étant hermétiquement jointes par le corps de bouchon (5). Le procédé se caractérise en ce que lorsque l'éprouvette liquide est échantillonnée et filtrée au moyen du récipient d'échantillonnage d'éprouvettes (1), l'éprouvette liquide, telle que le sang, échantillonnée dans la partie d'échantillonnage d'éprouvettes (3), est filtrée par l'élément de filtre (4) et, lorsque le filtrage s'arrête, on fait pénétrer une aiguille creuse (12) dans le corps du bouchon (5) de façon que la partie d'échantillonnage d'éprouvettes communique avec l'atmosphère, on obtient ainsi une pression à l'intérieur de la partie d'échantillonnage d'éprouvette (3) supérieure à celle de l'atmosphère, qui fait redémarrer le filtrage.
