A method of sample collecting, includes providing blowing gas flow to the middle of collecting surface through the blowing gas opening; and sucking the blowing gas flow from the circumference of the collecting surface through the sucking gas opening. Another method of sample collecting is also provided, includes providing sample collecting apparatus to the collecting surface, the apparatus includes the blowing gas opening in the middle of sample collecting apparatus and the sucking gas opening on the circumference of sample collecting apparatus; providing blowing gas flow to the middle of collecting surface through the blowing gas opening; and sucking the blowing gas flow from the circumference of the collecting surface through the sucking gas opening. A sample collecting apparatus is further provided. It includes a shell, a blowing gas opening in the middle of the shell, a sucking gas opening on the circumference of the shell.
