The invention relates to a sandwich element (1) for a sound-absorbing inner cladding of transport means, especially for a sound-absorbing inner cladding of aircraft fuselage cells, comprising a honeycomb-shaped core structure (2) and cover layers (3, 4) applied to both sides of the core structure (2). According to the invention, at least one cover layer (3, 4) is constructed as permeable to air at least in sections and a covering (6) is disposed at least in sections on at least one cover layer (3, 4), wherein a sound absorption layer (5) is disposed at least in sections in the area of at least one cover layer (3, 4). A plurality of passages (8) in the cover layers (3, 4) allow efficient transmission of the sound impinging on the sandwich element (1) from outside as far as the sound absorption layer (5) of the sandwich element (1) so that this element has excellent sound absorption properties. As a result of the presence of the covering (6), undesirable penetration of foreign bodies and/or moisture especially in the area of the core structure (2) of the sandwich element (1) is largely avoided. In addition to the excellent sound absorption properties, the sandwich element (1) additionally has good mechanical properties and a high heat insulating capability.
La présente invention concerne un élément sandwich (1) destiné à un parement intérieur insonorisant de moyens de transport, et plus particulièrement à un parement intérieur insonorisant de compartiments de fuselages d'aéronef, et comprenant une structure centrale en forme de nid d'abeille (2) ainsi que des couches de couverture (3, 4) appliquées des deux côtés de ladite structure centrale (2). Selon la présente invention, au moins une couche de couverture (3, 4) se présente comme une couche perméable à l'air au moins par sections, et un recouvrement (6) est disposé au moins par sections sur la couche de couverture (3, 4), de sorte qu'une couche insonorisante (5) est disposée au moins par sections dans la région de la couche de couverture (3, 4). Une pluralité de passages (8) réalisés dans les couches de couverture (3, 4) assure une transmission efficace du son arrivant sur l'élément sandwich (1) depuis l'extérieur jusqu'à la couche insonorisante (5) de l'élément sandwich (1), ce qui permet à cet élément d'afficher de remarquables propriétés d'absorption phonique. La présence d'un recouvrement (6) a pour effet d'éviter en grande partie la pénétration indésirable de substances étrangères et/ou d'humidité particulièrement dans la région de la structure centrale (2) de l'élément sandwich (1). Outre ses remarquables propriétés d'absorption phonique, l'élément sandwich (1) présente de bonnes propriétés mécaniques et un pouvoir thermo-isolant élevé.
