The invention relates to a sandwich element (1) for the sound-absorbing inner cladding of means of transport, especially for the sound-absorbing inner cladding of aircraft, comprising a three-dimensionally constructed core structure (4, 15) which is disposed between two cover layers (2, 3) which run substantially parallel to one another at a distance. According to the invention, a plurality of passages (6) for sound transmission are incorporated in the core structure (4, 15) and/or in at least one cover layers (2, 3), wherein at least one sound absorption layer (5) is disposed in the area of at least one cover layer (2, 3) at least in parts. As a result of the presence of a plurality of passages (6) in the cover layers (2, 3) and the core structure (4,15), the sandwich elements (1) according to the invention has good sound absorption properties and heat insulating properties. The presence of the passages (6) allows the transmission of sound through the sandwich element (1). As a result of the core structure (4, 15) formed by a plurality of through channels (8, 16) arranged adjacent to one another and the preferably inclined installation of the sandwich element (1), foreign bodies which have penetrated into the core structure (4, 15) for example as a result of the introduction of a cleaning liquid or condensation can be flushed out again. Depending on the area of application, a possibly sufficient sound absorption effect can be achieved by means of the sandwich layer (1) even without the presence of the sound absorption layer (5). The ventilation of the core structure (4, 15) as a result of the passages (6) additionally prevents the long-term presence of condensation which could result in corrosion and/or rotting processes.
L'invention concerne un élément sandwich 1 pour revêtement interne insonorisant de moyens de transport, notamment pour le revêtement interne insonorisant d'avions, composé d'une structure de cAEur construite en trois dimensions 4, 15 placée entre deux couches de couverture 2, 3 disposées sensiblement parallèlement l'une à l'autre à une certaine distance. Selon l'invention, une pluralité de passages 6 permettant la transmission du son sont incorporés dans la structure de cAEur 4, 15 et/ou dans au moins une couche de couverture 2, 3, au moins une couche insonorisante 5 étant disposée à proximité d'au moins une couche de couverture 2, 3 au moins partiellement. Par suite de la présence d'une pluralité de passages 6 dans les couches de couverture 2, 3 et dans la structure de cAEur 4, 15, l'élément sandwich 1, selon l'invention, présente de bonnes propriétés d'insonorisation et d'isolation thermique. La présence des passages 6 permet la transmission du son à travers l'élément sandwich 1. La structure de cAEur 4, 15 étant formée par une pluralité de canaux traversant 8, 16 et disposés de façon adjacente entre eux, et l'installation étant de préférence inclinée de l'élément sandwich 1, des corps étrangers ayant pénétré à l'intérieur de la structure de cAEur 4, 15, par exemple, suite à l'introduction d'un liquide de nettoyage ou de condensation, peuvent être récupérés. En fonction de la zone d'application, un effet d'absorption du son possiblement suffisant peut être obtenu en installant la couche sandwich 1 sans la couche insonorisante 5. La ventilation de la structure de cAEur 4, 15 grâce aux passages 6 empêche, en outre, la présence à de condensation à long terme qui pourrait conduire à des processus de corrosion et/ou de moisissure.
