The invention can be defined in its most general form as a 3-D light core from sheet material, especially from "NOMEX" polymeric paper, and can be used in production of sandwich panels as applied in aircraft production, construction and other branches of industry.With the aim to improve the core mechanical and unit weight properties, the paper base is perforated thereby increasing the base-binder bonding strength, whereof the binder is applied onto both sides of the base to increase its structure rigidity, owing to bonding of binder layers in-between at the locations of the holes. The quantity of the holes and their diameter are defined in a formula.

L'invention concerne de manière générale une âme légère 3-D réalisée à partir d'une matière feuille, notamment de papier polymérique "NOMEX", et pouvant être utilisée dans la production de panneaux sandwich comme ceux utilisés dans la construction aéronautique, la construction et autres branches de l'industrie. L'invention vise à améliorer les propriétés mécaniques de l'âme et les propriétés de poids unitaire. La base de papier est perforée pour améliorer la cohésion des fibres base-liant, le liant étant appliqué sur les deux faces de la base pour améliorer la rigidité de sa structure, ce qui permet la liaison de couches de liants entre elles aux emplacements des trous. La quantité de trous et leur diamètre sont définis dans la formule.
