The invention relates to a sandwich panel 19 with a core structure, in particular a honeycomb-shaped core structure 20, and plane parallel cover layers 21, 25 which are applied to both sides of the core structure 20 to form a floor surface in a fuselage airframe of an aircraft. According to the invention, the core structure has at least one recess 22 into which at least one reinforcing structure 1, 11, 18 is integrated. Due to the reinforcing structure 1, 11, 18 which is embedded in the recess 22, in particular is adhesively bonded therein in an interlocking and material-locking manner, the sandwich panel 19 has a high load-bearing capacity, without the external dimensions, in particular the overall height increasing compared to the sandwich panels usually used in aircraft construction. Accordingly, it is possible for heavy components, for example galley, sanitary or wetroom modules to be directly attached to the sandwich panel by the known hard points. Furthermore, the cabin layout, in particular the position of the modules, can be changed in a flexible manner without involving costly modifications to the floor frame, because the sandwich panel can be inserted into floor frames which are normally used. In addition, the invention relates to a method for the production of a sandwich panel 19 according to the invention.
L'invention concerne un panneau sandwich (19) doté d'une structure centrale, en particulier d'une structure centrale (20) en nid d'abeilles, et de couches de revêtement (21, 25) planes et parallèles appliquées sur les deux faces de cette structure pour former une surface de plancher dans une cellule de fuselage d'un avion. Selon l'invention, la structure centrale présente au moins un évidement (22), dans lequel au moins une structure de renfort (1, 11, 18) est intégrée. En raison de la structure de renfort (1, 11, 18) intégrée dans l'évidement (22), en particulier collée par complémentarité de formes et liaison de matière, le panneau sandwich (19) dispose d'une capacité portante élevée, sans que les dimensions externes, en particulier la hauteur de construction, augmentent par rapport aux panneaux sandwichs utilisés habituellement dans la construction aéronautique. En conséquence, des composants lourds, tels que par exemple des modules de cuisine, de sanitaire ou de pièce d'eau, peuvent être fixés directement sur le panneau sandwich au moyen des points dattache connus. D'autre part, l'agencement de la cabine, en particulier la position des modules, peut être modifié de façon souple sans modifications coûteuses de l'ossature du plancher, du fait que le panneau sandwich peut être intégré dans les ossatures de plancher utilisées habituellement. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour fabriquer le panneau sandwich (19) conforme à l'invention.
