A sanitizing composition capable of destroying pathogens present at a locus and/or of removing biofilm present at a locus (for example MRSA or Legionella) aqueous solution: at least one surfactant, preferably non-ionic; at least one antimicrobial agent, preferably a biguanide and/or quaternary ammonium compound; at least one acid, preferably organic; and chlorine dioxide. The sanitizing composition is formed by making two precursor compositions, one containing the chlorine dioxide stabilised in an alkaline medium, and the other containing acid. These precursor compositions are mixed to form a concentrate composition. A dwell time is allowed. Once the dwell time has elapsed the concentrate composition is diluted with water, and the resulting sanitizing composition can be used.
L'invention concerne une composition désinfectante capable de détruire des pathogènes présents au niveau d'un locus et/ou d'éliminer un biofilm présent au niveau d'un locus (par exemple MRSA ou Legionella) comprenant, dans une solution aqueuse: au moins un tensioactif, de préférence non ionique; au moins un agent antimicrobien, de préférence, un biguanide et/ou un composé d'ammonium; au moins un acide, de préférence, organique; et au moins un dioxyde de chlore. Ladite composition désinfectante est formée par stabilisation de deux compositions de précurseur dans un milieu alcalin, une composition contenant le dioxyde de chlore et l'autre comprenant un acide. Ces compositions de précurseur sont mélangées afin de former une composition concentrée. On autorise un temps d'activation. Une fois le temps d'activation écoulé, on dilue la composition concentrée avec de l'eau puis on peut utiliser la composition désinfectante.
