The invention relates to a grinding machine that is configured as a multi- station grinding machine having two complete grinding stations. Said grinding stations have grinding heads that can be moved relative to the saw blade by means of corresponding positioning devices such as cross table arrays and/or swing tables. Positioning devices and locking devices for the work pieces also form part of the grinding stations. The work piece holder only serves to position the saw blades in so far as their center axis is to be fixed in the grinding stations. Rotation about said central axis (M) and clamping of the saw blades in the corresponding rotational position to execute the grinding operation is performed by the relevant units of the grinding stations. A grinding machine having the above-mentioned configuration makes it possible to very rapidly, accurately and economically process saw blades. The inventive grinding machine is particularly useful for sharpening saw blades during manufacturing.
L'invention concerne une affûteuse conçue comme affûteuse multipostes, composée de deux postes d'affûtage complets. Ces postes d'affûtage comportent des têtes de meule mobiles relativement à la lame de scie, par l'intermédiaire de dispositifs de positionnement correspondants comme, par ex., des tables à mouvements croisés et/ou des tables orientables. Lesdits postes d'affûtage comprennent en outre des dispositifs de positionnement et de blocage pour la pièce à usiner. Le porte-pièce ne sert au positionnement des lames de scie que dans la mesure où leur axe médian doit être fixé sur les postes d'affûtage. Le pivotement des lames de scie autour de cet axe médian M et leur blocage dans leur position de rotation respective pour l'opération d'affûtage sont réalisés par les unités correspondantes du poste d'affûtage. La conception de ladite affûteuse permet de réaliser un usinage rapide, précis et économique des lames de scie. Cette affûteuse est particulièrement adaptée à l'aiguisage de lames de scie lors de leur fabrication.
