The invention relates to a saw blade for a circular saw which consists of a circular disk (1) with a radius (R) and a thickness. Teeth (2) are arranged on the circumference of the circular disk (1) and elongated air passages (4) are arranged on the substantially circular side faces (3) of said circular disk. Said saw blade is especially useful for a circular blade with two parallel saw blades that are driven in coaxially opposite directions (S). The aim of the invention is to improve the operation behavior of such a saw blade, especially in view of its thermal characteristics while providing a high mechanical stability. To this end, a respective longitude of the elongated air passages (4) extends along a direction that lies in an area that extends from one direction of a secant intersecting the side faces (3) to the direction of a circumferential arch (B) in the side faces (3). The elongated air passages (4) are located in an outer region formed by a ring area. The outer border of said ring area is formed by the circumference of an outer circle (K0) with a radius in the order of about 0.75 to 0.95 times the radius (R) of the circular disk (1). The inner border of said region is formed by the circumference of a first inner circle (K1) with about half the radius (R) of the circular disk (1).
L'invention concerne une lame de scie destinée à une scie circulaire, qui se présente sous la forme d'un disque (1) ayant un rayon (R) et une épaisseur. La périphérie du disque (1) présente des dents (2) et ses surfaces latérales (3), sensiblement circulaires, des passages d'air (4). La lame est destinée à être utilisée avec une scie circulaire pourvue de lames parallèles et coaxiales pouvant tourner dans deux sens opposés (S). L'objectif de l'invention est d'améliorer ladite lame en lui conférant une grande stabilité mécanique lors de son utilisation, notamment en ce qui concerne ses caractéristiques thermiques. A cet effet, chaque évidement longitudinal constituant les passages d'air allongés (4) s'étend selon une direction qui se trouve dans une zone desdites faces latérales (3) comprise entre la direction de déplacement d'une sécante et la direction de déplacement d'un arc périphérique (B). Les passages d'air (4) sont situés dans une zone externe formée par une surface annulaire, dont la limite externe est formée par la circonférence d'un cercle externe (K¿0?) ayant un rayon égal à environ 0,75 à 0,95 fois le rayon (R) du disque (1) et dont la limite interne est formée par la circonférence d'un premier cercle interne (K¿1?) ayant un rayon égal à environ la moitié du rayon (R) du disque (1).
