The present invention relates to a circular saw comprising: - a circular plate; - a plurality of tooth holders peripherally distributed on the circular plate; and - a plurality of teeth mounted to the tooth holders, respectively. The circular plate and the tooth holders are formed in a single, machined piece of metal. Each tooth holder and the corresponding tooth have respective, mutually mating trapezoidal surfaces. Each tooth is formed with a trapezoidal rear face, forming the above mentioned trapezoidal mating surface, and a concave front face to define at the intersection of these trapezoidal rear face and concave front face four acute corner points interconnected by four arcuate sharp edges.
La présente invention a pour objet une scie circulaire comprenant un plateau circulaire, une pluralité de porte-dents répartis sur la périphérie du plateau circulaire et une pluralité de dents montées respectivement dans leur porte-dent. Le plateau circulaire et les porte-dents sont formés à partir d'une seule pièce métallique usinée. Chaque porte-dent et sa dent correspondante présentent des surfaces trapézoïdales qui coïncident. Chaque dent a une face arrière trapézoïdale, formant la surface trapézoïdale coïncidente ci-dessus mentionnée, et une face avant concave définissant, à l'intersection de ces faces arrières trapézoïdales et de ces faces avant concaves, quatre sommets à angles aigus interconnectés par quatre arêtes vives arquées.
