A saw disk with replaceable cutting members is formed of circular disk member with uniformly spaced recesses extending radially inwardly from an outer edge of the disk member. Each cutting member has a support part and a cutting part, with each support part secured in one of the recesses by a removable attachment member. The recesses and the disk member are arranged, so that the cutting members are radially insertable. The attachment members are insertable in the axial direction of the disk member. In addition, safety elements are provided for preventing axial displacement of the support part in the recesses.
