A sawing method for loosening from the blank (3) a woodboard or a board of non- magnetic material for improving sawing accuracy, in which method the loose sawing is carried out by means of a metallic saw blade (1) and the saw blade is steered to stay in the aimed sawing line. The blade position in relation to the aimed sawing line inside the sawed blank is measured by means of a distance measuring device (7) and the blade position is controlled to stay in the aimed sawing line by controlling for the blade needed deviation force by means of the magnetic field forming device (5) based on the distance value informed by the measuring device (7).
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de sciage permettant de découper dans une ébauche (3) une planche de bois ou une planche de matériau non magnétique. Ledit procédé vise à améliorer la précision de sciage. Il est mis en oeuvre au moyen d'une lame de scie métallique (1) qui est commandée de manière à rester sur la ligne de sciage cible. La position de la lame par rapport à cette ligne de sciage cible à l'intérieur de l'ébauche est mesurée par un dispositif de télémesure (7) et la position de la lame est commandée de manière à rester sur la ligne de sciage cible par régulation de la force de déviation nécessaire de la lame au moyen d'un dispositif générateur de champ magnétique (5) en fonction de la valeur de distance délivrée par le dispositif de télémesure (7).
