It is intended to provide a scaffold material for tissue engineering uses, an artificial vessel, a cuff member and a coating for implants. The scaffold material for tissue engineering uses is made of a thermoplastic resin and has an open cell porous three-dimensional network structure with an average pore size of 100 to 650 µm and an apparent density of 0.01 to 0.5 g/cm3. The artificial vessel is made of the scaffold material. The cuff member and the coating for implants are each made of a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin and have a part of an open cell porous three-dimensional network structure with an average pore size of 100 to 1000 µm and an apparent density of 0.01 to 0.5 g/cm3.
La présente invention concerne un matériau support destiné à des fins d'ingénierie tissulaire, un vaisseau artificiel, un élément de manchette et un revêtement destiné à des implants. Ledit matériau support destiné à des fins d'ingénierie tissulaire est constitué d'une résine thermoplastique et présente une structure réticulaire tridimensionnelle poreuse à cellules ouvertes, possédant une dimension des pores moyenne comprise entre 100 et 650 µm et une densité apparente comprise entre 0,01 et 0,5 g/cm?3¿. Ledit vaisseau artificiel est constitué dudit matériau support. L'élément de manchette et le revêtement destiné à des implants sont chacun constitués d'une résine thermoplastique ou d'une résine thermodurcissable et présentent une partie d'une structure réticulaire tridimensionnelle poreuse à cellules ouvertes, possédant une dimension des pores moyenne comprise entre 100 et 1000 µm et une densité apparente comprise entre 0,01 et 0,5 g/cm?3¿.
