An electrical distribution panel and method of providing electrical power for tools at a scaffolding structure which includes a housing having an exterior surface, an internal cavity and an access opening through which the internal cavity is accessed. A closure door is provided for covering the access opening of the housing. A plurality of electrical receptacles is mounted to the exterior of the housing. The electrical receptacles being fused through a series of breakers provided in the interior cavity of the housing, An umbilical supply cord is provided for supplying electrical power from a main distribution center to the plurality of electrical receptacles. A mounting assembly is provided on housing for detachably mounting the electrical distribution panel to a scaffolding structure.
Panneau de distribution électrique et méthode d'alimentation en énergie électrique pour des outils sur une structure d'échafaudage. Le panneau comprend un boîtier muni d'une surface extérieure, d'une cavité intérieure et d'une ouverture d'accès par laquelle on accède à la cavité intérieure. Une porte est prévue pour recouvrir l'ouverture d'accès du boîtier. Une série de prises électriques est montée sur l'extérieur du boîtier. Les prises électriques sont reliées à des coupe- circuits montés dans la cavité intérieure du boîtier. Un câble d'alimentation ombilical est prévu pour l'alimentation en électricité en provenance d'un centre de distribution principal vers la série de prises électriques. Un support de montage est prévu sur le boîtier pour le montage temporaire du panneau de distribution électrique sur une structure d'échafaudage.
