SCANNER FOR INDUSTRIAL LASER MACHINES A B S T R A C T Disclosed is a scanner for industrial laser machines, which comprises a housing accomodating a movable scanning element, a means for inducing mechanical oscillations of the scanning element, which is connected to the housing, and a measuring transducer responding to the mechanical oscillations of the scanning element. At least two colli- sion pairs are connected with the housing and the scanning element. The measuring transducer is connected to a phase shift unit coupled to a saturation unit. The means for induc- ing mechanical oscillations of the scanning element and the saturation unit are connected to a power amplifier.
