A scanning photometer and attendant methods are provided. The scanning photometer is generally characterized by first and second fluorophore excitation sources, an objective lens, and a common emission detector for the detection of first and second fluorophore emission originating from the excitation of the fluorophores via passage of excitation energy, via an optical path of the objective lens, from the excitation sources. Excitation energy and emission energy conditioning elements are likewise provided, operatively interposed before or after the objective lens as the case may be. Image

L'invention porte sur un photomètre à balayage et sur des procédés associés. Le photomètre à balayage est généralement caractérisé par des première et seconde sources d'excitation fluorophores, une lentille de  focalisation et un détecteur d'émission commun pour la détection de première et seconde émissions de fluorophore provenant de l'excitation des fluorophores par l'intermédiaire d'un passage d'énergie d'excitation, par l'intermédiaire d'un trajet optique de la lentille de focalisation, à partir des sources d'excitation. Des éléments de conditionnement d'énergie d'excitation et d'énergie d'émission sont également utilisés, interposés de façon fonctionnelle avant ou après la lentille de focalisation selon le cas.
