ABSTRACT It consists of a support that comprises a rectangular elongated frame (8) that can be located over the bread to be scarified. A double effect cylinder (1) is integral with a vertical plate (4) and its rod (7) is integral with arm (9) parallel to the larger sides of the frame. It supports the blades (10.) Rod (7) cannot turn during its linear and oblique displacement with regard to the frame (8) upon having a ring (6) that is guided in a bar (5) parallel to the rod. Frame (8) is connected to the support by means of a part (13) that allows it to tilt and upon doing so, a switch (11) causes operation of the cylinder (1) so that the blades (10) obliquely cut the inside of the frame (8.)
