A scissors-pump comprising an impeller (3) inside a cage (2) lodged in the pump case (1). The impeller divides the cage in two pairs of diametrically opposite working chambers, is coaxial to the cage and is driven in a relative rotary movement in respect to it by a pair of intermeshed non- circular dynamically balanced gear (8 and 9)to wick both (cage and impeller) are connected.
