The invention concerns a pre-descemetic sclero-keratectomy implant, designed for exerting a pressure on the pre-descemetic plane and on the stroma (during a surgical treatment of glaucoma), made of crosslinked hyaluronic acid and having substantially the shape of a polyhedron with at least five faces, advantageously substantially the shape of a polyhedron with five or six faces. In preferred embodiments, said implant has the shape of a prism, advantageously straight, with triangular base or that of a parallelepiped, advantageously straight and preferably rectangular.
La présente invention a pour objet un implant de scléro-kératectomie pré-descémétique, destiné à exercer une contention du plan pré-descémétique et du stroma (dans le cadre d'un traitement chirurgical du glaucome), en acide hyaluronique réticulé et présentant sensiblement la forme d'un polyèdre à au moins cinq faces, avantageusement sensiblement la forme d'un polyèdre à cinq ou six faces. Selon des variantes préférées, ledit implant présente sensiblement la forme d'un prisme, avantageusement droit, à base triangulaire ou celle d'un parallélépipède, avantageusement droit et de préférence rectangle.
