2142112 9429562 PCTABS00034 A scoophead/diverter (510) is presented which is installed at the junction between a primary (16) wellbore and a lateral branch (72) and which allows the production tubing (298) to be oriented and anchored. This scoophead/diverter (510) further provides dual seal bores (380) tying back to the surface with either a dual packer completion or a single tubing string completion utilizing a selective re-entry tool (460). The scoophead/diverter (510) comprises a scoophead (292), a diverter sub (294), two struts (296, 297) as connecting members between the scoophead (292) and diverter sub (294) and a joint of tubing (298) communicating from the scoophead (292), through the diverter sub (294), and to the primary wellbore (16). The scoophead (292) has a large (302) and a small (300) bore. The large bore (302) is a receptacle for a tie back sleeve (350) run on top of the lateral wellbore string, and the small bore (300) is a seal bore to tie the primary wellbore back to surface. Below the scoophead (292), a joint of tubing (298) is threaded to the small bore (300).

Cet ensemble tête à godets/dériveur (510) permet également de raccorder les sondages à double point (380) avec la surface par la réalisation d'un packer double ou d'un seul train de tubes au moyen d'un tube de rentrée sélectif (460). Ledit ensemble tête à godets/dériveur (510) comprend une tête à godets (292), une réduction de dériveur (294), deux entretoises (296, 297) faisant office d'éléments de connexion entre la tête à godets (292) et la réduction de dériveur (294) et un point du tubage (298) communiquant depuis la tête à godets (292) jusqu'au puits de forage primaire (16) en passant par la réduction du dériveur (294). Le grand alésage (302) constitue un réceptacle pour passage de manchon de raccordement (350) sur la colonne de puits de forage latérale, et le petit alésage (300) constitue un alésage d'étanchéité permettant de relier le puits de forage primaire avec la surface. Un point de tubage (298) est vissé dans le petit alésage, au-dessous de la tête à godets.
