SCRAPER BASKET FOR DOUGH-MAKING EQUIPMENT Abstract "Dough-making machines and mixers are not presently equipped with baskets or other units to house and store scraping devices used by bakers to remove and clean dough from mixing bowls. This invention is designed and made to attach to dough-making machines and mixers for the purpose of holding scraping devices. The method of attachment to the Dough-making machine or mixer is either by a metal strap or by a bolt and nut mechanism."
