A scraper for removing deposits from the exterior of a tubular member which has a plurality of concatenated, resilient segments (33) adapted to contact the exterior surface of the tubular member where each pair of adjacent segments is connected through a geniculation (34). The resilient segments are aligned with and interposed between a pair of opposing annular disks (10, 20) that are connected together by a plurality of spacers (40) located adjacent to the outer periphery of the disks and adjacent to the chords of the segments. The chords of the segments are distributed around the circumference of the axial openings (11, 12) such that the various segments are deformed outwardly, whereby the resilience of the thus deformed segment urges it inwardly against the tubular member, and causes it to clean the tubular member as the scraper moves axially.
L'invention concerne un grattoir permettant d'éliminer les dépôts à l'extérieur d'un élément tubulaire, qui comporte plusieurs segments flexibles concaténés, capable de venir au contact de la surface externe de l'élément tubulaire, sachant que chaque paire de segments adjacents est reliée via une géniculation. Les segments sont alignés avec une paire de disques annulaires opposés, et intercalés entre ces disques, qui sont reliés entre eux par plusieurs éléments d'espacement adjacents à la périphérie externe des disques et adjacents aux membrures des segments, lesquelles sont distribuées autour de la circonférence des ouvertures axiales, de sorte que les divers segments se déforment vers l'extérieur. Ainsi, la flexibilité du segment déformé dans les conditions décrites pousse celui-ci vers l'intérieur contre l'élément tubulaire, et permet d'effectuer le nettoyage de l'élément à mesure que le grattoir suit un déplacement axial.
