The invention is a scraper for the interior side of vehicle windshields. The scraper is designed to remove ice and fog from the interior surface of windshields and other glass surfaces; a compartment is incorporated into the scraper to collect the scraped material. The scraper consists of a compartment to collect ice shavings, a handle and a blade. The components are all made of plastic. The scraper also has a squeegee blade made of synthetic rubber.
